I’ve been struggling with anxiety for years, but it reached a peak after I had my daughter. postpartum anxiety is physically, mentally, and emotionally debilitating. I was pretty much at my breaking point when a friend of mine recommended Reiki.

Kaitlyn herself is very welcoming and down-to-earth. I definitely felt a shift after my first session. Reiki helped me sift through all my crap and I was able to unpack some negative baggage I was holding on to.
